These terms

These terms apply to every order you place on chigero.com. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to them. They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.

Our products

Every item is printed to order by our print-on-demand partner. We try to show colours and prints accurately, but screens vary and small differences in colour and print placement are normal. Each product page lists the fabric and sizing. Our tees and hoodies tend to run large, so check the size guide before ordering.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. If we've made an obvious pricing mistake, we'll contact you before we fulfil the order.

Your order

After you order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. The contract between us starts when we send that confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud, and we'll refund you in full if we do.

Delivery

Production and delivery times are on our shipping and delivery page. Times are estimates, not guarantees. International orders may attract customs or import charges, which you pay.

Changing your mind

If you live in the UK, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Email sales@chigero.com with your order number. Return the item unworn and in its original condition within 14 days of telling us. You pay the cost of returning it. We'll refund the price of the item, plus standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving it back.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email sales@chigero.com within a week of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll replace it or refund you. This doesn't limit your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Our designs

Chad and all designs, images and text on this site belong to Chigero or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission.

Our responsibility to you

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We aren't responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Your information

We use your personal information as described in our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
