Where orders ship from

Every order is printed on demand by our fulfilment partner, which has facilities around the world. Your order is made and shipped from the location best placed to reach you.

How long it takes

Printing usually takes 3 to 7 days. Delivery then takes about:

Europe and the UK: 6 to 8 working days
USA: 3 to 4 working days
Japan: 4 to 8 working days
Australia: 2 to 14 working days
Elsewhere: 10 to 20 working days

Tracking

We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Questions about tracking? Email sales@chigero.com.

Customs charges

International orders may attract customs or import tax charged by your local customs office. We don't control these, so check with your customs office before ordering if you're unsure.

Late or missing orders

Check the address in your shipping confirmation email, then ask your local post office and your neighbours. If the address was right and the parcel still can't be found, email sales@chigero.com with your order number. If the address was wrong, we can send a replacement, with the new shipping paid by you.
