Why we brought him back
"Wot, no ___?" was a cheeky complaint about shortages. Today the shortage is a planet's worth of resources, so Chad has a new line: wot, no waste? Chigero puts him on fun, print-on-demand clothing and accessories made from organic and recycled materials.
