When will I get my order?
Each piece is printed just for you, which usually takes 3 to 7 days. Delivery then takes about 3 to 4 working days in the USA, 6 to 8 in Europe, 4 to 8 in Japan, 2 to 14 in Australia and 10 to 20 elsewhere.
What are the clothes made of?
Our eco apparel is at least 70% organic or recycled material, certified by GOTS, OCS, GRS or RCS. Each product page lists its exact fabric.
How do the sizes fit?
Our tees and hoodies run larger than European sizes, so we suggest ordering one size down.
Who makes your products?
A print-on-demand partner with facilities around the world prints and ships each order from the location best placed to reach you. Blanks come from suppliers such as Stanley/Stella, Bella + Canvas and Econscious, who follow a supplier code of conduct.
What is DTG printing?
Direct-to-garment printing uses water-based inks printed straight onto the fabric, then heat-cured. It suits full-colour designs, has no minimum order and works best on natural fibres like organic cotton.
What is sublimation printing?
Sublimation uses heat and pressure to transfer dye from printed paper into the material. The result is vivid and resists fading, which is why we use it for mugs and some accessories.
What is DTFlex printing?
DTFlex is a direct-to-film method: the design is printed onto film, coated with an adhesive powder and heat-pressed onto the garment. It works on more fabrics than DTG, including polyester, fleece and hats.
Will I pay customs charges?
International orders can attract customs or import tax set by your local customs office. We don't control these charges, so check with your customs office if you're unsure.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Check the address in your shipping confirmation email, then ask your local post office and neighbours. If it still can't be found, email sales@chigero.com with your order number and we'll help.
